ARTWORK APPROVAL

Our Embroidery Service

Direct embroidery means your logo is stitched straight onto the garment, such as a polo shirt, hoodie, jacket or workwear item. This gives a clean, professional finish and is the most popular choice for company uniforms.

Embroidered patches are made separately first, then attached to the garment by sewing, heat press or Velcro. Patches are a good option for badges, uniforms, clubs, security wear or designs that may need to be removed or replaced.

For most business workwear, we usually recommend direct embroidery. For badges, detailed emblems or removable logos, embroidered patches may be the better choice.

The best embroidery size depends on where the logo will be placed and how much detail it contains. For most workwear and polo shirts, a left chest logo is the most common option.

For most businesses, we recommend a standard left chest embroidery size of approximately 90mm wide, as it provides excellent visibility while maintaining a professional appearance.
